Lorena Bencosme Office Manager
Lorena Bencosme graduated from Atlantic Cape Community College, where she earned her Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, and EKG technician certifications. She also attained a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Physiology from Stockton University in New Jersey. She is married and the proud mother of two beautiful girls. Her hobbies include cooking and spending quality time with her family.
Rosie Ortiz Medical Assistant
Roselyn Ortiz has been dedicated to the health care field for over two decades. She earned her Medical Assistant Degree from Miami Medical School. Always passionate about assisting and caring for patients, she finds her position at IMLWP gives her the perfect opportunity to do so, while working alongside two exceptional physicians. She is a mother to two wonderful children. Her weekends are spent indulging in hobbies such as boating, fishing and spending quality time with her family and her golden doodle, Milo. She carries immense pride in being a part of this medical team.
Audrey Carignan Phlebotomist
Audrey Carignan studied phlebotomy and graduated from The Medical Institute of Kentucky. She is a certified phlebotomist and started her career in the field in 2024. She danced ballet, lyrical, jazz, and tap for over 16 years and loves to be at the beach, and spend time with family.
Valerie Aristide Receptionist
Valerie Aristide has a passion for the medical field. She is a mother of two boys and is engaged. In her free time she enjoys spending quality family time.
Margaret Kordonowy Practice Administrator

Margaret is our administrator. She received two Bachelor’s of Science degrees in Business Administration and Occupational Therapy at the University of Kansas. She has worn may different hats from forming a non-profit organization, consulting with businesses to help develop departments and programs, providing occupational therapy at many different facilities around Fort Myers, and most importantly, raising two wonderful boys. She enjoys playing with her 2 dogs, 1 cat & 2 chickens along with reading and practicing yoga.
